This place is Amazing , Amy was there and I believe she is the owner and her family .

I was looking for marble round table and I was looking for few months and finally she helped me find what I was looking for .

She is very nice very polite and very helpful,they delivered my table 2nd day and they were very gentles with the table and very respectful , when they come to your house to install an item they bring all the tools with them and they clean up after they finish , even I was surprised that they take off their shoes before they come in, which is amazing because we don’t like shoes in the house .

You must go and check this place out .

I would love to buy from them again and I do recommend it to a friend for sure .

I ordered a dining table with brass gold base but instead got champagne gold color. Upon talking to the owner Amy, she agreed that there was a mistake from her end but she can’t fix it. Feeling disappointed for all the money spent on the furniture. I shouldn’t have bought from her store in the first place. Please save your hard earned money and don’t buy from this store. Go to any other decent store but avoid this at all cost.

Beware of this store and the owner Amy. They are completely unprofessional and unethical. They basically order from China which takes 2 months to get the shipment to US through sea route. Here is my experience.

I placed an order for TV console waited for 2 months until they said that the product arrived damaged from China. They reordered and again waited for 2 months. The shipment arrived in US but was held by customs. They delayed for 1 more week. After that they said it will be delivered a week after which obviously didn't happen. At that point I called them several times over a span of 3 days, left msgs on WA, SMS, Messenger but no response.

The owner started ghosting me until finally I got a response from Jun, their delivery guy on Messenger who agreed to process the refund under the threat that I will file a complaint on BBB. The refund went through thankfully.

This entire incident caused a lot of stress and anxiety as at one point I thought they are fraud and has stolen my money. Please ignore this store and rather buy from known brands that offer better customer support experience.

Deco Buy has been decorating my new home a little at a time as I requested. I have never met anyone like Amy and Jun who are so accommodating and helpful. We found them one day, while driving around looking for some quality furniture. They have done my office, spa /meditation room, master bedroom, wall pictures. Since I found them I have look no further. I totally trust their judgement and decorating ideas.
We still have more things to get done but when the right pieces comes in we will finish. With a home you never really finish. Amy and Jun you are the best, we trust you and very grateful for your patience and helpful tips. We have never had this experience with any other furniture store before. These people are focused on making you happy. We feel like family. Thank you.
