Spent $30.00 on my lunch. I got chicken, fries, mashed potatoes, and gravy. The mashed potatoes were expired prepared over a week ago according to the label. The gravy looked like lard and tasted horrible. The chicken is far from world famous it was the worst chicken I’ve ever tasted. Will never be a customer here again. 1st and last time!!!

The woman making the food was rude. She told me she was waiting for fries to come up. I can see some fries was still in the tray. I told her I only have 30mins for my lunch break. She says we got another one that can’t wait and proceed to walk away. She didn’t even finish making my food another associate came over to finish it up. Terrible customer service

I made an order for pickup. I didn't realize the app sent it to another state. Haha
When I went in I figured it out. And felt like a fool.
The one royal farms that received the order.(which I had pre paid) refunded my card with no issue.
Then I placed my order in store where I needed to be. The employee was so kind and helped this old lady out.

I absolutely love the friendliness I feel from the staff. They take care of their customers needs which make you want to come back. 11:00 at night, Daryn was definitely on the hot food/ chicken duty. Food & service was good! 10 out of 10 I highly recommend.

This is some of the best restaurant fried chicken I have had!! I'm sure I will be returning. Joey, Garth, Michelle, Victoria all Gave great customer service and joey in particular helped me through the entire ordering process and then at checkout too. Super friendly and helpful staff here. I sure hope they are being appreciated for the work that they do. Please recognize them for their efforts and thank you Royal Farms!

Service is always kind and courteous and the chicken is great. Recently had to wait for some fresh chicken to be cooked and the customer service manager Jeremy went out of his way to take care of my needs and concerns and even delivered my food to the car and compensated me with a free car wash for my wait.
Nice to see there are good folks still out there. Thanks Royal Farms keep up the good service!

Jeremey and Darren took very good care of me. There was a wait for fresh chicken (which I didn’t mind waiting at all), and Jeremy gave me a free fountain drink and a car wash for the inconvenience of waiting. They were both incredibly friendly and professional, and I will definitely be coming back solely because of both of them. Please give them both raises, they deserve it.
