Really nice shop. Was very quiet when I entered and was able to browse without being pestered or followed around. Gentleman in the shop was very friendly and helpful and took produce and kept it behind the counter while I continued to peruse the shop. Great variety of produce and good value. The mangoes (Dominican) were amazing. But the best buy was the patties. Too often they are too crumbly and not the nice soft texture they should be, but these were perfect and had a great flavour. I like the fact that there is a loyalty scheme. Overall, a great Caribbean shop and will definitely be returning.

This is the best African & Caribbean shop I’ve ever been to, loads of products, friendly staff and great layout, very professional. And took my back home, was hard not to buy everything. Well impressed!

Lovely store with a great choice of foods. I was looking for the allspice & a gentleman located it for me. The lady on checkout was also most helpful. Good choice of fruits, bread, beverages, veg, meats, teas & herbs

One of the best African & Caribbean shops that I have gone into. Very clean, a great variety of food items, priced reasonable with long shelf life.

We met the owner, who was warm and friendly, gave us a great discount as we were a group of 15 persons visiting Bedford for the day.

I highly recommend this shop, I most certainly will be visiting again in the near future.

Can’t complain, I can shop here and get everything I need from my home country. Price is decent despite the rise in living cost. Fresh food, fish meat and patties. Can buy hot patties and more inside if you’re hungry. Very friendly butcher and he also give u cooking tips.

I'm leaving this review so that hopefully it'll get back to the people in charge because i wish to continue supporting this shop and spreading the word. I 've been here a few times to buy ox tail, curry goat and patties. It's a great shop and the community is very happy to have it in the area. However please offer some more training to some of the younger ones working there. Visited 2 days ago initially served by a lighter skinned guy. Stone faced is the only word i can use to describe him. Customer service is important and if an individual does'nt know how to be warm to customers then they should work in the backroom. I've come in before and been served by a lady with locks, lovely interaction, a darker skinned gent and a Caucasian gent all fine customer service and a positive interaction. However on a previous visit that same thing again with this younger chap and a younger lady, cold interaction and staring at you as you walk around. Weird! As though they've been forced to work there. Anyway just some feedback. Otherwise lovely store.

Had a delivery today. And must say how very pleased I am with the products and process. The owner made it his duty to keep me updated and asked what I wanted him to do. Was so polite. I am so excited to use the delivery service again. Frozen items were still frozen. I am so chuffed to have found an online caribean supermarket that has everything I could possibly ask for.

Have to give such a good review to Montego's Food Market! Living in a village, sometimes it’s a struggle to get my Caribbean groceries so I tried out Montego’s delivery service! They delivered same day and had everything but one of the things I ordered, however they substituted the drink they didn’t have in stock for a selection of drinks as well as that I got a few freebies! Really great customer service too! A lovely service to have in the Bedfordshire area! I highly recommend!
