Bought a $500 bed from this store and I had it for a month and my back is started to hurt and I’m getting scratches around my body not sure if it bed bugs or not .. the bed looks like it been used before . The owner refused to take the bed back .

They were pretty affordable and they provided same day delivery, but as far as customer service goes they need more training. I purchased my daughter's bedroom set and had it delivered and set up the same day. Two young men came, they begin setting up and then 1 of the young boy's asked to use my bathroom which was fine. After 7 to 8 minutes he was still in there. I thought to myself "I know this boy is not doing the #2 in my bathroom" they leave and come to find out he did. I found that disrespectful and then when the boy asked he said something in Spanish to the other boy and started laughing.

I went in last week to inquire about a twin mattress for my son. The male worker in the front told me where the twins mattress were so I went to take a look. He finally came to the back and and stood there while in engaged with his cellphone. I asked him a few questions related to assembly and the prices of the mattresses and he seemed to be annoyed by my questions. I wasn't feeling that vibe and I was definitely going to purchase one rhe next day but if you don't want my business...fine with me. I will not be back.

They service was great the only bad thing we had was the time. They told us one time but came later but overall they were excellent its a great place to get your furniture. We will go back there again in the future. I love that Store so did my mom even my little brother he wanted ever bed he seen.

This place had great value furniture me and my sister went to check out a bed set and we was interested in one but the person's working there seem like they didnt want to assist us are answer our questions they sale prep is lousy and I will not visit there again nor my sister cause she said all I wanted was a bed so they seem like they didnt want to be bother we just left never again visit that store..but the furniture was nice but need better customer service..thanks.?
