My sister purchased a recliner chair from this company for our 97 year old father.
A week after it was delivered, and un-used, our dad passed away. With no customer service OR compassion, they refused to take the chair back. We offered to bring it back ourselves and even give them a re-stocking fee. So much for dealing with a hometown business. Now YOU chose whether this is the kind of place you want to do business with.?

Wow! Horrifying reviews! I was thinking about shopping here BUT after reading a lot of one star reviews I don’t think it would be worth the potential headache of bad customer service, non refundable, non delivery, BED BUGS, and all around bad management….. They should work on making customer happy then they would probably go further than they imagined… too bad

Bought multiple items here. Great price, excellent service, honest, and for the price the items were very good. Huge selection of everything and catalogs to chose other items.
I have bought 2 rebuilt mattresses, and a couch and plan to return to buy another mattress this week. The mattress are superb and the price was even better. Got a Q for around $200-$250 and the K for $300-$350. And now need a F and know I can expect to pay around $150-$200 for the same super comfy bed.

And the couch was decent, but really I did get what I paid for. We already replaced the couch but we had it for about 3 years and had to spend double the price to get something top notch.

Purchased a sectional (08/07/2022 at American Wholesale Furniture in Temecula, CA) and at home noted that a few of the cushions were "sagging". Unfortunately since the furniture is "out on display" - it seems that's bound to happen; HOWEVER, if s/o is paying over $1K for said item - the company should be able to rectify this issue.

SO - both my husband and i contacted the store and spk w/Julie (store rep/manager?) to inform her of same and we provided pictures as she requested. We were told that she would need to contact the "sales/product rep" re same and w/provide us w/an update.

We did not hear back so we attempted another follow-up to check on the status - and we were told that she was also having trouble with contacting the sales rep - but was able to finally receive a reply in which Julie stated the sales rep will be in town in 2 weeks and w/have this issue resolved.

Well, fast fwd to the 2 weeks - and still no resolution. So hopefully by posting this review we will get somewhere.

If not - looks like we'll be making future purchases elsewhere.

I bought custom upholstered living room seating set here, & at very budget friendly prices. Still beautiful over a decade later. They even let me make purchases individually. Extremely comfortable, also. I later bought my daughter a living room set 4 her 1st appt. Very reasonable price, & perfect 4 her needs. One Christmas, my daughter purchased a curio cabinet, & it's a gift I cherish. About half the price, compared 2 other stores, but beautiful. There are not alot of fancy show room amenities, and those savings are passed onto the customers. What more could I say? I bought quality furniture at the lowest prices, & I've been very pleased by every purchase. I'd not have recommended this retailer, had I had a single disappointing experience. Enjoy!

Went into the store to purchase a bed, mattress and box spring set. Later in the day they called me saying that they charged me the wrong amount and that the day of delivery they would charge me the difference that was owed for the mistake they she had made. I had the invoice signed with the price they gave me and come to find out when I’m setting up delivery I have to pay more because they were the ones with the mistake.

They have a good selection to choose from, I love our new Cal King bed, it is so comfortable with a whole lot of room! Cant wait to come back to get our bed frame! We also bought a new table and It is so nice to have the family be able to all sit together. I love the look of it and it is very comfortable. Very happy with what we purchased!

My husband and I just moved into the area. We needed to get some furniture and happen to drive by American Wholesale Furniture and so glad we stopped. We have furnished most of our house with there help.. So much to choose from and Melissa is such a pleasure to work with. We did have an issue with our dinning room set, came from the manufacture in poor condition. American Wholesale stood by what they sale and have ordered us an entire new dining set. This is service. Their prices cannot be beat. I highly recommend them to everyone that is looking to furnish their home. Look no further they are the best.
