Customer service is catching up with other non military groceries stores! I like deals when it comes to everything, especially day to day groceries. That's why I took advantage of their promotion Click and Go buy $75 get $15 discount. I ordered everything online and made sure the order was over $75. However, they didn't bag my meat the right weight with the right amounts of money reflected in the app so it was $2 short and I didn't get the discount. I informed them about the issue. Like many other experienced shoppers, I screenshot my transaction including the discount. They admitted they were wrong and gave me a $25 gift card instead of $15. The customer service lady was really nice and gave me no trouble after I showed the screenshot to her. Thank you everyone who working hard at the commissary to give us fresh meat and discount grocery items!!!

Click2go service is terrible. As a military mom with young children, I often use online shopping as my go-to. In the past year they've messed up several orders.

One of the worst being that they forgot to put my cold/frozen goods in the car. Didn't realize this mistake until I got home. This resulted in me having to go back to the store and wait for second time to deliver the rest... might not be a big deal to some, but with young children and the task it can be to load them into the car, I hope someone can understand.

I've kept ordering hoping that the mistakes would improve or stop, but they've only gotten worse. At this point it's much easier for me to shop in store with my children than to use the Click2go service. Wouldn't recommend it anymore. Go elsewhere.

Are you looking for a great place to buy food at? What about finding meats and such? How about having plenty of options? Do you enjoy walking around? Then look no further, you've found the place to be at.

This was my time in this establishment but it was quite large. That's not a bad thing either. There are so many types of food, you might even get lost inside. If you love sub sandwiches or sushi, you'll love the commissary even more then. I haven't tried the sushi yet but I'm sure it is good nonetheless.

I highly recommend you shop at this business. After all, you'll be able to skip out on the taxes and use your Star Card if you have one of those. Either way, enjoy your stay here while you shop!

I now work as a travel RN and have had a chance to visit many different commissaries as a result. This one is, unfortunately, the worst I've been to so far. I found the prices no different than what I'd pay in a civilian store in the Springs. There were also a lot of very empty shelves and collers. Checkout time was a rather long wait with only one register open for the first 15 minutes in line. The second one opening helped, but the wait was ridiculous.

Huge commisary. Well stocked. Helpful and Efficient check out staff. One feed back the items displayed behind milk and eggs area was a huge choke point when we were there today (Saturday)
