I ordered some ink cartridges at a great expense for our church copier. I never needed to use them and since then, the copier has "died". It is too old to repair. When I called LD Products (which was a number extremely easy to find), I was quickly directed to an agent - Janice. She was so helpful and so considerate. She very kindly explained to me the process of return and emailed me the necessary information to do so. Whenever I need such ink cartridges again, it will be through LD Products! Lydia was very helpful in walking me through the steps to try to reset my printer for the new cartridge. We determined that the new cartridge was defective, and she processed a replacement as well a second cartridge at the sale price, with no shipping charges, to be sent to me. This is a great product, we have been using it for our Dell 1320c printer that is still going strong after 10 years. We have been using LD toner instead of the OEM brand, and they last as long and print as good, at a lower cost.

Web site is easy to use, however, I could not get the free shipping on orders over $50 feature to work. I ended up ordering less than $50 and paying for shipping. Shipping took three days longer than usual, Thursday to Wednesday. according to the shipping status it sat for at least one day before being picked up and then disappeared into the USPS system until it was delivered.
