I went with the intention or purchasing 2 coats. The moment i entered i was looked at as if they thought i was there for fun. No one approached me and the moment someone did i was misinformed about how the size run. Then i approached another rep and i asked for my size, she scanned and told me they had none. I then kept looking around to see if there was something in my size but there was nonce. As i was standing with 2 coats in my hand trying to get help as i was looked at again i had to approach another resp and ask her for my size in any of the 2 opstions. But again no luck. I kept looking around the store and stumbled upon my size and as i tried it on it was a great fit but another rep came and took it out of my hand once i took it off and placed it back on the hanger and back on the rack. At this point i started getting upset because i started seeing what my husband was telling me he did not like from the moment we walked in.
I felt profiled at the end. I did not purchase anything even though i wanted to get a scarf as well and decided to take business somewhere else.

Priscilla was amazing! She was so helpful and knowledgeable, she helped me pick out a Mai in navy blue and I am in LOVE with it!! Such a wonderful, enjoyable experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They REFUSE to honor exchanges or returns unless you return the product in-person at the store. They are an outlet store off the side of the highway and obviously service people that are traveling and not in the area. They won’t even permit me to mail the product to the store. When I bought the item, I asked if I would be able to exchange it if it did not fit. They said yes, and did not say anything about an in-person return requirement. There is no in-person return policy anywhere on the website or anywhere in the store.

The website even says that outlet stores DO NOT PROCESS returns in store.

I was just a this store that the store manager Precilia was EXTREMELY impolite, condescending and racist. I wanted to buy a coat and she was unwilling to help or assist me. I will never shop at mackage again. I can’t believe such a great brand is represented by such a horrible and unprofessional person.
