Basically they give us expiration 9/1 and today was 8/31 around 10pm we got the cakes one is moldy smell bad, the vanilla is rancid, and the big chocolate is HARD taste is spoil not good any of the 3 cakes we got that is concerning that means they are selling spoil food and selling food that already expired they need a visitation one a month from the public health department it can make people sick. Someone is not doing FIFO 🙁

Я посещаю этот магазин с марта, и мне очень нравится ассортимент и вежливое обслуживание на кассе. Всегда приятно видеть приветливых сотрудников, особенно женщину с блондинистыми волосами в отделе выпечки – она всегда вежлива и доброжелательна.

Однако есть момент, который хотелось бы отметить. Практически каждый раз, когда я подхожу к отделу с пирожками, сталкиваюсь с грубостью со стороны женщины с темными волосами. С самого начала общения звучит фраза в достаточно резком тоне: “СРАЗУ говорите, вам греть или нет?” Я, как клиент, иногда еще не успеваю определиться с выбором, и мне бы хотелось иметь хотя бы 10 дополнительных секунд на раздумье. Бывали случаи (и ни раз), когда, ПОПРОСИВ СРАЗУ подогреть, как она велела, я слышала в ответ: “ОНИ И ТАК ГОРЯЧИЕ, КУДА ЕЩЕ?”. Эта фраза звучит так, будто меня торопят или хотят быстрее избавиться.

Недавно произошел случай, который окончательно оставил неприятный осадок. Когда я уже забрала свою покупку и вернулась буквально через минуту, чтобы попросить салфетки, мне снова было сказано в грубой форме: “А ЧТО ВЫ СРАЗУ НЕ СКАЗАЛИ,ЧТО ВАМ НУЖНЫ САЛФЕТКИ?”. Это вызвало недоумение. Я, как клиент, не обязана заранее знать, есть ли салфетки в пакете или нужно просить отдельно, или же сразу понимать, горячие пирожки или нет. Вежливость и доброжелательность в таких ситуациях создают атмосферу, в которую хочется возвращаться.

Очень надеюсь, что этот отзыв будет воспринят с пониманием и поможет сделать сервис еще лучше. Уверена, что такой хороший магазин может только выиграть от того, что все сотрудники будут такими же приятными, как на кассе и как блондинистая женщина в отделе выпечки.

Не смогла поставить рейтинг 1 звезду из-за остальных приятных сотрудников. Но прошу учесть этот момент и поработать над сервисом. Спасибо за внимание!

Being a happy Customer of M & I for 5 years already, want to express my sincere thanks to M & I owners Shaun and his father Ravshan for perfect organization of all processes in the store which is the best grocery store in Denver! The store has rich assortment of best natural products with exclusive taste - tasty Ukrainian bread, delicious Russian chocolate, sweets and desserts, exceptional Ukrainian Nezhin pickles, Nezhin zucchini spread and eggplant spread, very tasty Moldavian biscuits, excellent Polish WARKA beer, Hungarian spicy salami, the very best Ukrainian and Russian drinks - Lemonade, Kvas, fruit and berry juice, rich variety of beer, baked milk (Ryazhanka) and Kefir. Also different types of excellent cottage cheese (Tvorog), sausage, cheese, Pollock caviar and red one.
Very impressed by cooks of the store, they are incredible! They cook salty and sweet pies of great taste, delicious beef pate, all types of best Ukrainian and Russian salads like "Shuba" etc, fried fish, shish kebab, cutlets, pilaf and baked pepper with meat, great pastry and exceptional Easter cakes.
All staff of the store is always friendly, nice, quick and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised at the amount of international goodies they have! Lots of sweets and meats and everything in between. Looks to be a family owned business. Come support!

The selection and the service are good, but it's a must to check the expiration dates. They do sell expired products knowing about it. The plastic bags are still there regardless of a state law.

Stale and expired products. Double check all expiration dates on everything. They sell products that are so expired that they smell and taste nasty.

Beautiful desserts, yummy breads and awesome deli counter. Great selection of Russian and Moldovan specialities (candies, pastries, jarred and canned items). Love it

I bought a ready-made salad from them, I've been sick for a week now, and I don't leave the toilet. I was poisoned. I do not recommend this store.
