Ich hatte hier nur ein Kaffee und ein Croissant am frühen Morgen. Ich wurde sehr freundlich bedient und hatte den Eindruck dass hier alles sehr ordentlich ist. Außerdem kamen trotz der Uhrzeit regelmäßig Leute die anscheinend schon öfter da waren, auch das spricht für sich.

Very nice a clean store. The food and cooks that are there in the morning are amazing and the food is decently priced… the cashier is very nice as well she always has nice conversations with me and always remembers my coffee order. Definitely a good place to shop an eat

We live close to Prestige. The “Market” part is great, with no so expensive things and good inventory. The sandwiches and food part is even better. The staff is aso great. I recommend.

Good in a pinch, but there's some inconsistency with ordered food.
Breakfast items like omelettes were good, I'm happy with those.

One bad experience: A turkey BLT I ordered didn't have any bacon in it. I had ordered it with turkey bacon, and they did explain they ran out of that so they put regular bacon, but when I opened to eat it there wasn't any. Maybe it was a communication error, but in general if there's less food than what is normally ordered I would expect that to be explained clearly and to perhaps have a discount on the food since it is less than the normal menu item. Instead I was charged full price.

Grocery items also are more expensive than other stores farther east I believe.

That said, the employees there were very friendly, happy to speak with them. I usually have gone only before noon.

All in all a good place but there's room to improve.

For the price, the burgers are pretty solid. Good ingredients and generous portions. The store is also very clean and organized. Both the staff and management do a great job of keeping things smooth and running. Prices are fair, especially for NYC.

The lady at the checkout counter has no idea how to do basic math. She WILL overcharge you. Workers in the nearby buildings are supposed to get a 10% discount. I bought something for $9.99 and she gave me a 9 cent discount. I told her twice it’s not the right amount and she just doubled down. I didn’t bother arguing since there were people waiting behind me. Always double-check your bill from this place.
Atleast the guys in the deli section are great and provides fantastic service. 👍

Poorest customer service I’ve ever encountered. I waited in the checkout line to order a smoothie. Once my turn, I placed my order and the guy behind the counter asked me to move aside and he began to take other customers. After checking out at least 6 people behind me, I asked when was he going to fix my order? He was outrageously loud and was angry that I asked him about my smoothie. Very unprofessional demeanor and I asked is there a manager I could speak with and he said, I am the manager. He has no customer service skills, none.

He fixed the smoothie and was slamming dishes and the register in anger. I paid 8.00 for the smoothie and it was the nastiest smoothie I have ever had. I regret that I didn’t leave and not support this business with my 8.00. I live in one of the TFC buildings and have frequent this deli since it opened, I will never step foot in there again. So disappointing, I’m sorry Food Cellar, I will be loyal from here on out.

The two on 1st shift deli are awesome. They make slammin' sandwiches every single time. Haven't been disappointed once. Enjoying one as we speak. They work quick too.

They have lots of pantry stuff so when i forget an ingredient it's amazing to have them so close.
