So horrible So confusing!! Terrible customer service….its New Years Eve and I just want to buy some whiskey!! But you make it soooooo hard …never ever again!! Next time Trader Joe’s …where they don’t make me feel like a criminal just cuz I want to pay for some whiskey and they don’t lock up the Jack Daniel’s!! Oof!! Try harder!!!

this is NOT safeway.
its "saveway"
im sure the name is easy to mix up on purpose, as "safeway" is the standard grocery store in seattle. when you search "safeway" on google maps in this area, this store pops up instead. it is not safeway, do not be tricked. also the walk from cap hill is very very difficult.

Store has item that are market overprice for what it worth. Not only that… there’s no price tags to tell you how much the item cost.. which mean when u get it, you don’t know what you’re going to pay… not recommended

Stopped in to use the restroom. Was rudely informed “the restrooms don’t open until 8:00am”.

This was at 7:47am. Yet the store has been open two hours, since 6:00 am. Seriously? What kind of policy is this? I have a medical issue that makes having to go pretty urgent. This particular Safeway store is horribly managed and simply sucks. Used to be my main store and pharmacy but I will go out of my way to never shop here again.
