When I went to the store and just bought few vegetables ,pork , and yellow onion she overcharged me for fourty-eight dollars! And when I mentioned it to her she said sorry and went to fix it but when I looked at the price again it went up four dollars and ten cents, then when I just tried to correct her, she told me that I was being too mean. So at the end they charged me a total of fifty-two dollars and ten cents.

I am unsure how there are so many reviews about bad service as I've never had an issue. The variety is both interesting and I pretty much can always find what I am looking for and people at the counter were even nice enough to make sure that I knew to use my thai basil plant I bought regularly because if you don't trim them they seed and die off. Understand that there is a charge for using card to make up the price from the register company taking a cut of card sales.

As soon as we walked I felt like they wanted us out. It was such a strange feeling. I felt it was because we were American? I've experienced this before in an Asian market in northern Virginia where one of the customers came up to me and said "go". I don't understand why but definitely left in a hurry. My two family members felt the same. And as an add on we don't look suspicious or act inappropriate and bathe regularly, lol, so it's a conundrum.

If you look like me, you will not be welcomed. I traveled an Hr and a half with my wife from Valdosta for the worse greeting and experience with these individuals. We walk in smiles and questions but the people at the counter wouldn't even look me in the eyes. Had his face in his phone the entire time and looking at me sideways (LITERALLY). Walked out feeling quite unhappy and not purchasing. Worse 10 second experience. 1 ⭐️ because it smelled good

This is my go to Asian market! I truly love it here! They have a wide selection of items to choose from. It’s a small store so the tightness between isles is understandable. The produce is of exceptional quality!

I recently visited the Asian market in my neighborhood, and I must say, the variety of food available was truly impressive. From fresh produce to unique spices and sauces, they had everything I needed to create authentic Asian dishes at home. However, I was disappointed by the attitude of the staff. They seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which made my shopping experience less enjoyable. Despite the great selection of products, the lack of customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve their attitude towards customers in the future because the quality of their food is definitely worth a visit.
