NEVER AGAIN buying on line from Supamart. Taking ages for delivery. No human available to talk over a phone call, do not answer my emails ls regarding the whereabouts of my parcel. 10 days later still waiting. I am so furious. After reading the bad feedbacks on here I am expecting the worse

Beware. Bad Experience!
I received my parcel which was a gift for someone to try. I purchased eight spanish products. The price was good but I was so disappointed. The outside plastic on the parcel box was all torn & the box was so wet it peeled away. Obviously some items had been leaking but several bottles were closed but only half full, as if they had been used. The bottles were all marked & covered in sticky tape, I could not gift this parcel.
This was not a satisfactory purchase. Then to add insult to injury customer services offered £1 refund which they can keep!

Hit and miss. They have some good offers and delivery came in 3 working days, which is not too bad. Contradictory delivery fees displayed on the website. They didnt ship the right items and I had to request a refund. No proactive communication. Half dozen emails back and forth to solve both issues.

I have ordered some detergent and some fabric conditioner and unfortunately half of the bottle was empty. I have bought the same product from Amazon and the price was little bit higher but because I was excited that was cheaper than Amazon, I got half bottle empty. I have received it, after a week but I will not order again from here.

My items arrived very securely wrapped and boxed. Well packaged inside too with filling to stop products getting damaged. As a customer, I really appreciate all these measures. I received my items in pristine condition. The item itself (flash apple blossom) is fantastic, I love it! Definitely a happy customer, and I know I'll be back when I need more. Thank you ?

Not one for reviews!!! TERRIBLE customer service.
I never received my package courier said delivered but left outside on street when I contacted Supamart they haven’t taken responsibility for this and said I should’ve been home for the package which I was but never heard the knock on the door so therefore I’ve been left without no package and out of pocket the email I received from these guys was absolutely unacceptable and rude and when I replied I’ve got no response!!! Avoid at all costs as if something like this happens to you… they won’t care
