This is in the Irvine Spectrum ? and yes that is tampons and a pregnancy test on the floor in all that foul mess on the floor, in every stall. I have never seen anything so disgusting in a department store restroom. Actually any public restroom. Then the topper was at the self checkout we tried to pay with cash and didn't see a button to push for cash payment so we called over an employee who stared blankly and said it doesn't take cash and walked away.

It’s clear that Target at Irvine Spectrum Mall doesn’t give a damn about their customers’ feedback. I previously left a review about the inconvenience of closing the self-checkout area that leads back to the mall an hour before closing. Despite this, nothing has changed.

In fact, even today, all self-checkouts are closed, and the one at the entrance I was complaining about now closes at 8:30 PM, which is an hour and a half before the store’s closing time. This forces customers to exit through the parking lot and walk around to get back into the mall, which is extremely frustrating.

Target’s lack of response to repeated feedback shows a complete disregard for customer convenience and satisfaction. It’s disappointing to see such a well-known brand ignore the concerns of its shoppers.

The Target at Irvine Spectrum Mall has a significant inconvenience that occurs about an hour before closing. This store has two entrances/exits: one that takes you back into the shopping mall and another that leads to the parking lot.

About an hour before closing, they shut down the self-checkout area that allows you to return to the mall. This forces you to use the self-checkout or attended checkouts on the parking lot side. As a result, you have to walk through the parking lot and around the building to get back into the mall.

It would be much more convenient if the mall-side self-checkouts remained open until closing time to avoid this unnecessary hassle.

Yesterday, I left my purse at self checkout and didn’t notice until one of the staff at the checkout followed my mom and handed the purse!! My mom doesn’t speak English and I was walking ahead of her so I wasn’t able to thank the staff and ask her name! Very grateful that the store ha such a kind responsible worker!!!
