This an upscale grocery store on par with Whole Foods ( Whole Paycheck). Great atmosphere, excellent delicious food, and high prices. The prepared foods are all top quality and delicious. You can't get better quality anywhere else for the money. It's worth a stop just to wander through the store and sample all the delicious aromas!

The ambience is great. Gentleman at the deli? Not so much. Guy with the beanie thing on his head (I can tell he is from up north because those hats are common up north) at the deli was rude and bluntly told me “can I help you?” And “is there something I can help you with?” I don’t know if it’s because where I’m from people aren’t that blunt, or I’m just too sensitive but his facial expression gave it away too. They overcharged my sisters order at $193 for seven things.

This is a magical toy store for your tastebuds! Absolutely a goto place when you want to indulge your senses and eat healthy and natural. No other store compares. Take a bite of the parmigiano reggiano and be transported to a time when cheese was actually cheese. Looking forward to preparing dinner tonight and savor every bite. The people at this store are knowledgeable and super kind as well.

The Fresh Market chain of stores are owned by a successful global company, Cencosud, and Apollo Global Management. Unfortunately, the customer service culture at this specific location in Dunwoody is quite poor. Lee, an assistant manager in Deli has serious communication and interaction skills. He is awfully rude, belligerent and has the tendency to be volatile. He could benefit from anger management training.

If this employee, Lee, behaves the same way he is accustomed to, the store will be losing a customer per shift this individual works.

I just left Fresh Market Dunwoody. Cashier Jordan rude, didnt seem too interested in being there. I would think that customer service would be priority since food prices are high and there are plenty of other markets to shop at. I have found that a few times with other cashiers in this store. I don't find anyone like this at the johns creek location.

The front end supervisor/head cashier Deborah, came off as completely rude and disrespectful towards an employee in front of the customers after being asked a seemingly simple question. I expect better external and internal customer service from supervisors/management at a business like this.
