I don’t understand the point of this location if they cannot press your clothes as well. I dropped off my yellow dress yesterday at noon. I told the gentleman I need it by 2:30 pm numerous times. Which to my delight I reassured several times it would be cause it was only a press. I get here by 2:45 pm (late) and I’m told the dress should be here by 4 pm. EXCUSE ME. Then when I tell the manager I need my dress immediately as to what her employee should done she gets on the phone and she mentions my dress but is more concerned with 2 pairs of black pants at their locations. I’m so not pleased

A friend took a shirt, and never saw it again nor they pay for it, or what about free service for 3 months as a courtesy.. Nothing. and to top it all the woman was getting upset about the claim. They had the address and phone number to follow up. To me that is one of many not been told stories.

took suit with dog hair on it owner changed extra for dog hair in which I didn't mine but her customer service skills needs to be worked on 2nd time I visit with suit with stain on it in which they couldn't remove so I washed it with dish soap and stain was gone

There's been 3 occasions that I've taken my clothes for alterations and cleaning,and when I get there they weren't ready and the woman apologized and gave some excuse as to why they were not ready, she does good work but the continual inconvenience is unacceptable
