The workers are really nice. However, the manager was really rude, cut me off off multiple times which made it impossible to explain the dilemma/miscommunications I received. She was a poor listener, and had absolutely no interest whatsoever in trying to work out the normal frustrations that a customer would get when they hear different information from multiple employees. Zero empathy. I ended up canceling my order and I am going to find this item someplace else.

This location is super clean and organized. We found everything super easily and more! Ryan who helped us check out was extremely nice and let us know about signing up for the rewards program and we signed up. Love this place!

One of my favorite places for gifts and unique food/drinks for entertaining! This location is clean, the store is organized, well stocked and laid out beautifully. Friendly staff willing to help you find what you need. I love the selection of Torani brand flavors for coffee, tea and other beverages!

Truly an eclectic mix of home decor and food items. Today I found (December) holiday greeting cards for 75% off and bought for next Christmas at this great price. We regularly shop here for the scone mixes (just add water) from Sticky Fingers bakeries. Prices are much lower than what we find online. Also a wide selection of flavors. Cashiers are friendly, helpful, and efficient every time.

What an amazing store. Dangerous store with all the reasonably priced quality goods. I reimagined all the items my kitchen in my mind 3 times and only got through the store halfway. Interesting selection of booze in the back. Spices, teas, chocolates. This place is pretty cool. Cannot wait to be back when I have more time

I really love what World Market has to offer. Tonight on my quest to find some perfect throw pillows I found the cutest little pillow but it was marked with some dirt. I found a second one but that had some snags in the knitting. When asking if they would provide a mark down the managers tone and demeanor was rude and less then the friendly. As a customer service professional myself, this is a basic skill set anyone in this industry should carry. I likely wouldn’t have taken the time to write a review but as we exited the store my husband asked “is it just me that thought that manager was rude?”.

I love this place. I can find unique food/snacks that fit my diet. A little pricey but worth it for me.
