Ed was awesome. Our door frame wasn’t big enough to fit my new couch, but Ed figured it out. Unfortunately his partner wasn’t very helpful. Luckily my brother was there to help Ed out. I appreciate your attentiveness Ed and i hope they get you some real help. If the quality holds up I will totally purchase from here again because it looks like I need the matching ottoman.

My first visit to Home & Beyond today and let me tell you- I will be back! Emmanuel and his father, the family business owners were not only amazingly helpful but friendly, kind and offered many ways for me to save some money! I love the coffee table I purchased today- it is perfect!!! Thanks to both Emmanuel and his father for packing it up safely and loading it into the van. I wish I could give 6 stars!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I recently made a purchase at Home and Beyond and had a mixed experience. Initially, I was impressed by the excellent customer service. The staff was very helpful, and I appreciated the assistance I received while shopping.

I made it clear that I was shopping approximately three weeks in advance and that it was crucial for the items I ordered to be in stock and guaranteed for delivery on August 15th. I purchased three items that were confirmed to be in stock and was assured they could be delivered within a week. Since I didn’t need the items until August 15th, the sales team assured me this timeline was completely fine and doable. I paid in full for the furniture and delivery upfront and was told someone would reach out to me a few days before delivery.

However, when I called a week before the expected delivery, I was shocked to be told that the items I ordered weren’t even in stock and wouldn’t be arriving until August 16th—one day after my scheduled delivery. This was completely contrary to what I was promised in-store. What made everything worse, and left me extremely upset, was the fact that I didn’t even receive an apology or any acknowledgment of their mistake. Their only excuse was to blame Ashley Furniture, saying things like, “We don’t know, it’s not us, it’s Ashley Furniture,” and “It’s them delivering it to us.”

To make matters worse, when my delivery finally did arrive, both the dining table and living room table were damaged. I accepted a $50 credit for the minor damage on the dining table, but I declined the same offer for the living room table because the damage was extensive and in multiple spots, making it look horrible. A few days later, they delivered a new living room table and took the old one. Unfortunately, the replacement table also arrived damaged, though not as badly as the first one. When I tried to address the issue, they first claimed the damage was just “normal imperfections,” then denied any damage at all, and eventually stopped responding to my messages altogether.

Honestly, I wish I had just gone to Ashley Furniture directly. For anyone reading this, I suggest you do the same—Home and Beyond sells the same items as Ashley, but clearly, they can’t manage the delivery process.

As a small business owner myself, this is certainly not how I operate when I want my clients to not only come back to me but also recommend me to others. I’m extremely disappointed that Home and Beyond failed to deliver on their promises and treated me with such disregard after the purchase was made.

Overall, I cannot recommend Home and Beyond based on this experience.

Customer Service is top notch. They are really accommodating and knowledgeable. Always get you the best deal. They’re very upfront if there’s any delays or if your product is back ordered. Will definitely be buying from them again when we need to expand.

I was referred to Home and Beyond by a good friend who said Go there you will not be disappointed! Ray and Charbel go Beyond excellent service and thorough product knowledge. There is no pressure to purchase, questions answered and patient if you again ask. Prices are extremely favorable for the consumer. I purchased a new refrigerator which I love and will be returning for the next two weeks to find a stove and microwave. The store receives inew arrivals often. It is family friendly and I hope anyone reading this checks it out because I know-Go there You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing customer service! We bought two couches and a dinning table from them. Charbel was very helpful and very understanding with us. They have plenty of items in stock so you will not have to wait two months for a couch like on the other places. Definitely recommend checking this place.
