I love my love couch it's amazing. Went in today to add a extra piece and learn about deep side. To bad I wasn't told about it when I first purchase but honestly still best couch ever it's just a personal preference for me. Work coming into check out staff very very nice.

If you go to this store, make sure you talk to Manny. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I can tell from how fast he answered our questions that he pretty much knows everything about lovesac from heart.

We haven’t gotten our lovesac yet because we got custom covers (we didn’t like the bumpy lines on the covers. So it will take 3-4 weeks and the covers are non-refundable. We understood and took the risk. A lot of people say they love their lovesac. When I search for top furniture company’s love sac is usually on the top 5 list.

Will update this review later when we get out lovesac. Not looking forward to putting the covers on but I hear using a steamer on the cover makes it easier to put on!

Went to the shop in Naperville on Saturday. Manny was awesome. We played with blocks for a bit. Checked out their sound system... and then bought our sectional. The pieces are arriving today (less than a week later!). Way beyond what we expected! Great product, great experience... and I can't wait to get it all situated this weekend and enjoy my living room again.

The customer service at the showrooms is great but my overall experience with lovesac is not the best. Delivery keeps getting delayed on my items and when you call customer service it always states that there is a wait time of an hour. Who honestly has the time to hold that long.I did request a call back but never received a call back. I also do not feel that their website is the easiest to navigate.

We haven’t gotten our couch yet. It’s supposed to arrive tomorrow and we ordered it just a week ago!!! When ordering the couch we went into lovesac not knowing what we want. We received exquisite guidance and attention from the moment we walked in to the moment we confidently left with the couch of our dreams ordered. Thank you lovesac! Can’t wait to get the couch tomorrow!
